RED SKY IN MORNING

I learned this old adage many, many, many years ago is school...

RED SKY IN MORNING,
SAILOR TAKE WARNING.
RED SKY AT NIGHT,
SAILOR'S DELIGHT!

I think we have a storm a-coming.

This is out to the west over the
Great Salt Lake

I'm not the best photographer in the world. The color was very vivid for about 10 minutes. It was really cool!

I guess I'll go "batten down the hatches."

I saw that too. Wasn't it beautiful? Snow's coming get out your snow shovel. Mimi

Beautiful pictures! As a coastal girl, I also learned that saying but more recently I've discovered that the prairie farmers use it too replacing "sailor's" with "farmer's".

We do have a lot in common. My honey is working in California and won't be home to celebrate. If this happens next year you and I should get together! When will your honey be home? Happy Anniversary tomorrow! Mimi
