I GUESS I NEEDED ANOTHER HOLE IN MY HEAD.

Because I really “NEEDED” these….

My daughter Bekah and I went to our local thrift store looking for totally un-dish related items.

I saw these off in the distance and it was a good thing there was no one in my way or they would have been totally mowed over. (I’m not kidding)

Look at them!

Now you can’t tell me I didn’t “NEED” them.

I mean, come on, RED POLKA DOTS…

Could I leave them there, alone and orphaned in the thrift store?

I think not!

And best of all, my daughter wanted to buy them for me as a gift!

Poor orphans, sooo sad, especially this one. It is missing it’s stems…

No one could love them more than I would. It was meant to be!  True love.

There were 8 dinner plates, 4 salad plates and only 2 bowls. I have searched high and low all over the internet so see if I could find more but alas I can find none.

Now, where to put them?

What great dishes. Sometimes when you come across an incomplete set, just use what you have to layer and mix and match. It's a darling set and you will have so much fun with them. If I spotted them, I would "need" them too.

I am looking at those dishes and then your background....no wonder you had to have those dishes. Well, if you need to ever find a good home for them, my kitchen is available. I am posting my vintage red kitchen today. I do love red.

Yes..this is the Adoption Police..were you REALLY checked out before adopting these orphans? Do you have ample cabinet space...Will they have warm sudsy water to get clean...Will they display homecooked meals?..If you answer no to any of the Questions..the adoption police Might have to come by and you will have to surrender them to me..I mean the Adoption Police..tee hee
You were so lucky to find them..and yes mowing someone over is a sign of a good parent for orphan objects!!
