WHAT I DID ON MY BLOGGING VACATION

Yes I know, I’ve been gone quite a while but when I had my surgery to have my big toe joint replaced it literally landed me on my butt.  I was supposed to keep off it and rest it as much as possible so I did.

This is how I decorated my tree this Christmas…

That’s right, I sat there and watched my very talented daughter, Emma do it all for me…

It turned out beautifully and I sat and enjoyed it all season.

And I’m going to enjoy it all year. Too much work went into it to take it all down and then do it again next year so I just moved it into the kids room…

And here’s a peak at what else I did…

Dinosaur Wolverine guy????

And Punky Brewster at her best!

More to come, I promise…

It's so good to see you blogging again. I'm glad you minded the doctor and let someone else do the decorating. The tree looks great in the kids room. Blends right in with all the red and white.

Those two hats are adorable. Are the crochet directions on the net? I've been crocheting hats for the homeless shelter and although many people don't realize it, there are lots of homeless families in the shelter these days.

Glad to see you back...and, isn't it nice when the kids get to an age that they can really "help"..lol I have to ask you though, what is all the white IN your tree...In the top picture I thought it was a white, or heavily flocked tree, but further down I see that it is something white. It is just beautiful...especially with the lights on in the darker picture. It is actually quite perfect in the kid's room!

Your little ones are just sweet-so cute! Take it easy and don't overdo...but I am sure you are anxious to "get going" again! Hugs- Diana
